- Technical Capability:
- Experience in dynamic reservoir characterization, reserves booking, development planning, production forecasting, development strategy assessment, and working cross-functionally to evaluate project economics.
- Broad experience working deepwater assets (specifically gas fields) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and QC existing reservoir simulation models to generate production forecasts using industry software.
- Experience with maturing capital projects.
- Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.

A bout the position The Asset Business Delivery Reservoir Engineer is responsible and accountable for delivering technical support to the business to enable asset growth through brownfield and post-initial investment decision greenfield opportunities. The successful candidate should have broad general experience delivering dynamic subsurface characterization, including well and surveillance data integration, simulation model construction, production forecasting, resource maturation, and technology deployment. Role will maintain close collaboration with peers on asset teams, Asset Business Delivery and Center of Excellence verticals within Subsurface and Capital Projects teams to support reservoir characterization, development planning, and execution planning.
