- Lead integrated customer marketing and activation across in-store and digital channels
- Own and deliver the NZ commercial calendar across key initiatives
- Lead in-market execution of innovation in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Manage A&P budgets and optimise investment to maximise ROI
Requirements
- An experienced FMCG professional (8+ years) across Brand, Category, or Commercial roles
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution
- Commercially astute, with strong financial and analytical capability
- Skilled at translating consumer and shopper insights into growth initiatives
- A collaborative and confident stakeholder manager across matrix environments
- Comfortable leading across multiple brands and competing priorities
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail dynamics and scan data (e.g. Circana) is advantageous
