CEO Executive Chauffeur & Family Butler

Responsibilities

• Executive & Family Chauffeur Duties
• Provide safe and timely driving services for the CEO, family members, guests, and VIPs.
• Plan routes in advance and ensure smooth transportation for daily schedules, business meetings, airport transfers, events, and personal arrangements.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the vehicle at all times.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, insurance, road tax, fuel, parking, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading items, luggage, documents, and other belongings when required.
• Family Butler / Household Support
• Assist with daily household arrangements, errands, purchases, deliveries, and other assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, cleaners, maintenance workers, and other household-related parties.
• Support family members with personal arrangements when needed, including appointments, logistics, and daily planning.
• Ensure household matters are handled properly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Assist in preparing for guests, family events, or private functions when required.
• Personal & Administrative Assistance
• Assist the CEO with simple personal or administrative tasks when required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Provide flexible support for ad-hoc matters, including urgent errands or schedule changes.
• Maintain a professional image and service standard at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driving license in Singapore, with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a private driver, executive chauffeur, family driver, or similar role.
• Familiar with Singapore routes, traffic rules, and common business / residential areas.
• Experience serving senior executives, business owners, VIPs, or high-net-worth families is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English .
• Good personal discipline, punctuality, patience, and service attitude.
• High level of confidentiality, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional in manner.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Able to handle errands, household coordination, and family support duties beyond driving.
• Singaporean /Singapore PR / eligible to work in Singapore preferred.
• Preferred Qualities
• Previous experience as a family butler, personal assistant, or household manager is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Familiar with airport VIP transfer, business meeting arrangements, and family travel support.
• Calm personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to respond quickly to changes.
