Customer Service Coordinator (Auto Parts) /Up to $3,500 @Jurong East Manage customers & sales support for assigned markets including quotations, taking orders etc. Manage all correspondence implementing the given communication and information systems. Preparing quotatons and control margins and controlling the sales performance of the accounts. Administrate and update of all databases and the filing system. Control of order processing including backorders, procurement, and disposition. Responsible for the prompt return of all customer and market information. Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with sales manager/analyse markets/market trends. Assist in implementing marketing instruments in consultation with marketing department. Supporting of business trip and participation in projects and documentation. Training of new sales coordinators & participation in training programs.
