Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience with BeauteSoft or WESS salon management software is highly preferred.
- Digital Literacy: Adept at navigating major social media and messaging applications (Red Note, IG, FB, TikTok, etc.) for business communication.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline customer service, retail, or beauty industry role. (Motivated fresh graduates will also be considered).
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to manage inquiries and serve a diverse, English- and Chinese-speaking clientele.
- Working Hours: Willingness to commit to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays (rest days will be scheduled on weekdays).
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.
