Digital product Owner

About the role

What will you be doing? Position: Digital Product Owner Location: Basingstoke or Dorking with hybrid working What will you bring? We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to take ownership of one of our key digital platforms - UnumSync, UnumOnline or Help@Hand. You'll lead the product backlog, drive delivery through Agile teams and shape the future of our digital customer experience. This role will focus on our customer facing digital asset, Help@Hand, so experience as a Product Owner for applications within a consumer-focused environment would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap
• Act as the key decision maker for your product
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Proposition, Marketing and Operations
• Utilise date to translate customer needs into features and enhancements
• Lead Agile delivery, ensuring focus on value and customer outcomes
• Track KPIs and continuously improve performance
• About you
• Experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable driving change
• Product Owner certification (PSPO/CSPO) desirable
