We are expanding with a new, one-million-square-foot, 15-floor, state-of-the-art facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions - including spine injuries, epileptic seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke. This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. As a Coordinator IV, you will coordinate all support and clerical activities while supporting internal clients and serving as a liaison with external clients. A caregiver in this position works days from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Coordinate all support and clerical activities for the Institute. Support internal clients and function as a liaison with external clients. Collect, maintain and develop reports. Schedule, budget, staff, PTO and patient information reports. Assist with the coordination of various Institute activities by distributing reports, facilitating analysis and reporting information. Represent the Institute to internal and external customers. Coordinate various activities and provide customer support to those customers. Handle Institute e-mail distribution lists and communications. Prepare, provide analysis and implement special studies and projects. Support ad-hoc, Institute-level projects and committees (may include expense reduction, continuous improvement, quality, outcomes, patient experience, employee engagement, and other Institute or enterprise initiatives). *Note: The criteria required to meet the level IV Coordinator is to provide support to a minimum of three institute level executives such as the Institute Administrator, Institute Finance Director, Institute IT Liaison, Institute Continuous Improvement, etc.* Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: High School Diploma or GED Six years of office experience Six years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Associate's Degree Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods Ability to operate a computer and other office and laboratory equipment Ability to travel throughout the hospital system Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
