JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Ensuring the accurate and timely billing and payment for RPM services rendered to patients - Ensuring accurate patient demographics are captured such as insurance information, - Preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies - Following up on outstanding and denied claims - Processing payment postings - Investigate and resolve billing disputes and denials - Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims and rejections - Research and analyze medical billing data to identify billing trends and payment patterns - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies to - Facilitate payment processing and resolution of billing issues - Provide regular reports on billing and collections activities to management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and workflow
