Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze product and system requirements.

  • 5+ years of experience in testing, automation, or related engineering fields.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic hardware.
  • Fluent English as well as Czech language skills for daily local communication.
  • You may also use knowledge of networks and communication protocols and because of the travelling it may be beneficial if you have driving license.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Brno R&D team as a Firmware Tester . In this role, you will contribute to the development of embedded software for mechatronic products such as windows, shutters, and blinds, and play an important role in transforming electronic products into next-generation IoT solutions within Matter-based Smart Home ecosystems. You will test software that brings smart functionality into everyday indoor environments and contributes to healthier and more comfortable living spaces. Meet your future team: You will join a team that focuses on building reliable and future-ready testing solutions for mechatronic products and full system eco-systems. The team is international, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark, with occasional travel of up to 10 days per year.
