Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Turkish and English.
  • Creative problem-solver with a thrive for ambiguity, maintaining a balance between the "big picture" and granular details.
  • Strong belief in data as the most powerful tool for decision-making; ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative results effectively.
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for building relationships; understanding that while numbers are key, business is built with people.
