About the role

This role will support and report to the Head of Corporate Affairs Division where you will manage the organization's internal and external communications across multiple platforms. The role covers corporate publications, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) reporting, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring consistency in brand messaging. The role also supports the maintenance of digital platforms and drives efforts to strengthen the Group's visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of the Annual Report and Corporate Magazine
  • Ensure all publications are aligned with corporate branding, tone, and quality standards
  • Support and drive ESG initiatives across the group, aligning with corporate objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of the Sustainability Report, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants for accurate data collection and credible reporting
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and volunteerism activities
  • Prepare and support materials for leadership communications, including presentations and speeches for corporate events
  • Manage and update corporate social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Maintain key corporate communication materials, including the corporate website, corporate profile, and reception video
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve the Group's corporate profile and public presence
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
  • Pre-requisites
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications or a related field; ESG experience is a plus
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiar with digital communications and basic branding principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
