Lettings Negotiator

About the role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role within our Fulham team. Your responsibilities will include: Meeting and registering new applicants Maintaining regular communication with landlords and applicants, accurately recording all correspondence Building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings Negotiating offers on behalf of clients Developing a strong understanding of the local market Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities Meeting daily and weekly performance targets Collaborating with other departments and referring business where appropriate

Requirements

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to develop lasting relationships

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
