Role | Apartment Improvement & Design Intern As an Apartment Improvement & Design Intern, you will support the team in ensuring that all Ukio apartments are delivered according to our design and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Improvement, Design, and City teams to help coordinate apartment improvements, onboarding processes, and styling execution across our portfolio. This internship is perfect for someone passionate about interiors, design, operations, and project coordination who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Responsibilities | Support apartment assessments and help identify improvement and design needs Assist in coordinating on-site works, utilities and furniture installations, and styling execution Help ensure apartments are fully ready before onboarding (utilities, access, appliances, decoration, setup, etc.) Collaborate with Design, Supply, and City teams to ensure smooth project execution Track timelines, tasks, budgets, and project updates using internal tools and spreadsheets Support supplier and contractor coordination and follow-up Help identify blockers and support day-to-day problem solving during apartment setups Requirements | Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Strong interest in interior design, operations, and project coordination Good aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail Proactive, organized, and hands-on mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets Familiarity with CAD programs (AutoCAD or similar) is a plus Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) What we offer | Hands-on experience in one of Europe's fastest-growing startups 🚀 Opportunity to work on real projects with ownership from day one International and collaborative working environment Learning experience across Operations, Design, and Project Coordination Team events, office activities, and an amazing company culture Flexible and dynamic startup atmosphere Sky's the limit for us.
