About the role

Job Responsibilities Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations . Oversee office facilities, equipment, and maintenance services to provide a safe and efficient working environment. Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management. Handle ad hoc administrative projects and assignments as required by management. Job Requirement Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Corporate Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Proficiency in Taiwanese Hokkien or an additional foreign language is an advantage. Strong capabilities in office administration, cross-functional coordination, and organizational planning, with the ability to effectively support daily operational requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with solid skills in document preparation, data management, and analytical reporting. Relevant experience in administrative management, general affairs administration, executive/secretarial support, procurement coordination, or office management. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to independently manage a wide range of administrative functions. Excellent English communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Highly responsible, proactive, and team-oriented, with a positive work ethic. Willing to work flexible hours when required to support project needs and ensure the successful completion of assigned task
