About the role

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore 3-6 years of relevant experience Experience in Logistics, manufacturing, transport, supply chain industry is advantageous Responsibilities would include: Work on corporate development projects - JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, divestitures, strategy development, new business development at the corporate and business unit level Conduct due diligence, financial modelling for potential acquisitions, prepare investment cases, present findings and provide insightful recommendations to senior management/ board Work along the senior management, C-suite and head of team to contribute to and lead high-performing project teams Manage and track deal progress, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met Assist in post-merger integration planning and execution Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information, analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscapes Profile of ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 3-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Corporate finance, M&A Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills Team player Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills Data collected is strictly used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated with strictest confidence.
