Responsibilities

- Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of industry experience. A strong background in RF Test Development, Product Characterization, or Product Engineering is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit schematics. A strong, working knowledge of RF components is required. Proficient in engineering and data analysis tools, including ADS, JMP, and Python.
- Data & Statistical Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and data science. Application of Six Sigma principles (Green or Black Belt certification) is preferred.
- Advanced Tech: Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers) or hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain), RAG architecture, Harness engineering, and vectorization techniques is considered a significant advantage for automating data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate complex test/engineering data to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
