About the role

Cedar's Delivery team is responsible for the successful implementation of our products and ongoing customer support. Cedar is hiring a Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations to help run and improve the operating system behind our Delivery organization. This person will own high-priority operational workflows that connect customer demand to capacity planning, cost visibility, leadership reporting, and day-to-day execution across Delivery and adjacent CX functions. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systems-oriented operator who can both keep critical business processes running and improve them over time. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across strategy and execution: building structure in ambiguous environments, translating data into decisions, and partnering closely with Delivery, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional leaders This person should also bring a strong automation mindset. Portions of the role should become simpler, more scalable, and less manual over time, and we want someone who is excited to use AI, tooling, and process design to strengthen the operating model rather than just maintain it.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows across staffing, cost visibility, planning, reporting, and operational continuity.
  • Lead high-priority workstreams including Jira infrastructure and data stewardship, staffing and cost models, and strategic planning support.
  • Build clear, decision-useful dashboards, models, and materials that help leaders make better resourcing and operating decisions.
  • Partner across Delivery, CX, Product, and Finance to improve execution and keep critical operating cadences running smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through automation, AI, and better process design.

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role (or equivalent). Prior experience in client services operations and/or client implementations a plus.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently run workstreams, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver with consistency in fast-moving environments.
  • A systems-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for using automation and AI to improve internal processes and team leverage.
  • Intellectual curiosity; consistent desire to innovate and improve
  • Healthcare experience or intuition is a plus; patient engagement or revenue cycle knowledge a plus.
  • Compensation Range and Benefits
  • Salary/Hourly Rate Range* in CA, NY, NJ, CT, WA : $136,000 - $160,000
  • Salary/Hourly Rate Range* NOT in CA, NY, NJ, CT, WA: $122,400 - $144,000
  • This role is also equity eligible
