Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing or related field
- Advanced degree or MBA is an advantage
- 5-7+ years in mining, mineral processing or related industrial sectors
- Proven track record in business development or technical sales
- Strong understanding of mineral-processing operations (crushing, grinding, flotation, hydrometallurgy, water management, tailings)
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
- Technical understanding of mining processes and chemical/reagent applications
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work across diverse cultures (Kazakhstan & CIS experience highly desirable)
- Languages
- English (required)
- Russian (strongly preferred)
- Kazakh or other regional languages are an advantage
