Responsibilities

Requirements

  • -⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • -⁠ ⁠Prior experience in landscape, horticulture, construction, or facilities management industries strongly preferred
  • -⁠ ⁠Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and PWM framework
  • -⁠ ⁠Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging clients, MCST councils, and internal teams
  • -⁠ ⁠Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Horticulture, or related field
  • -⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems and contract management tools an advantage.
