About the role
We're looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Wellbeing Engagement Growth Manager (Planner) to join our Revenue team! Reporting to the Wellbeing Engagement Leader in T0&1, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing engagement strategies that drive employee adoption, subscription growth, and long-term wellbeing engagement across Wellhub's client portfolio. In this role, you will move beyond campaign execution to become a strategic partner in driving employee engagement and wellbeing adoption. You will shape portfolio-level strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and define the most effective approaches to connect employees with the value of Wellhub. Combining data, behavioral insights, technology, and AI-powered solutions, you will recommend and scale initiatives ranging from communication campaigns and employee experiences to engagement programs and strategic projects, always focused on expanding reach, increasing adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Audience & Lifecycle Strategy: Design audience segmentation and lifecycle frameworks that improve communication effectiveness and support employees throughout their wellbeing journey. Ensure engagement strategies are relevant, scalable, and aligned with the needs of diverse employee populations.
- Performance & Growth Insights: Leverage engagement, behavioral, and subscription data to evaluate portfolio performance, uncover opportunities, and identify risks. Translate insights into strategic recommendations that improve adoption, retention, and overall business outcomes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Engagement, Consulting, Revenue Strategy, Client Success Strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact, growth, or customer adoption.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset
- Strong ability to connect customer behavior, business objectives, and data insights into clear priorities and actionable strategies.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and making data-informed decisions.
- Data & Digital Fluency
- Experience working with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI-powered tools to improve productivity, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
