Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and corporate staff positions while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. This position combines hands-on recruiting with recruiting administration, including sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination, system management, and pre-employment activities. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Summary of Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and corporate staff positions. - Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans. - Source and engage qualified talent through networking, referrals, social media, online databases, and proactive outreach. - Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Utilize Workday, SmashFly CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools to identify, track, and engage candidates. - Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. - Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and medical examinations. - Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Cleveland-Cliffs at hiring events, career fairs, and community recruiting initiatives. - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
