Job Description: Major Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., Caterpillar) to align product offerings with customer needs and market trends. Serve as the subject matter expert on product application, ensuring the right machine is matched to the right job. Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Assist in forecasting industry demand and manage inventory planning in alignment with long-term sales goals. Support sales execution by providing technical expertise, training, and content that enhances product positioning. Create customized solutions that highlight total cost of ownership advantages and drive competitive differentiation. Act as a key liaison with Caterpillar's CI team and other strategic partners to influence product development and support. Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively across departments.
