POSITION SUMMARY: We are building a new Physical AI product line at Netradyne - a vision-based platform that monitors activity across physical environments and surfaces safety risks in real time. This is founding-team work. As the founding product engineer, you own the experiences safety managers and operations leads use every day - and the application backend behind them. This is a full-stack role with strong design taste: you make UX tradeoffs without a designer, and you build the APIs and data models that power your surfaces so the product never bottlenecks on the platform team. You work directly with customers from day one. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Safety operations dashboard - Real-time event feed, alert detail with video clips, site map, zone-violation tracking, site-level risk summaries. Compliance analytics - Trend reporting, time-based comparisons, exportable reports for safety and operational record-keeping. Operator scoring and coaching workflow - Worker/operator safety scoring, coaching queue, session tracking and completion. Agentic product features - Conversational safety assistant over live and historical data; auto-coaching agent that drafts sessions and intervention plans; intelligent alert triage and summarization. You own how these surface to users. Application-layer backend - APIs, data modeling for product features, and integration points, built against the Cloud Platform team's primitives and contracts. Rapid iteration with real customers - Ship fast, instrument usage, run pilots alongside live deployments.
