Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
• Workout VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.
• Raise RFI for any discrepancies.
• Attend all site meeting.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
• Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.
• Manage and planning manpower allocation.
• Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
• To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.
• Prepare sub-contractor payment response.
• To solve all technical issue.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years experience.
• Excellent leadership & interpersonalskills
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad,BIM.
