Responsibilities Assist Nordic-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier customer service. Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their gaming accounts and promotions. Ensure a swift and effective resolution of any technical issues faced by players. Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance player satisfaction. Stay knowledgeable about gaming products and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Fluent in a Nordic language ( Swedish , Danish , Finnish , or Norwegian ) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in the iGaming industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable.
