Responsibilities
- PMO Strategy & Governance Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for major aviation and infrastructure programs.

- Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team across controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.
- Build capability within the PMO through training, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience with airport authorities, FAA programs, or federal capital delivery.
- Background in design‑build, CMAR, progressive design‑build, or multi‑prime delivery environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise PMO systems, cost management platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent.
