Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Extend a plus

Position Summary: Provides support for the administration of the Global Sales Commission Plan including interfacing with Sales Team Personnel to ensure timely and accurate sales commissions calculations for global sales team. Ensures on a daily basis the integrity of the data used for commissions processing and works to further streamline and improve current processes within each calculation cycle. Supports both the Sales Performance Management and Sales Departments with the analysis of sales commission related metrics to assist with plan design changes that best incentivize the sales force within department budget guidelines.
