BIM Coordinator _ High Rise Building Project

Responsibilities

• Work with project team to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects
• Maintaining and update the complete set of project drawings
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project standards and protocols
• Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams
• Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools
• Organise and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated data
• Conduct regular model audits and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to project managers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficient in operating BIM software with Auto CAD / Revit / Tekla
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as BIM Coordinator (Preferably with A1 Main Contractor)
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., Singapore BIM Guide, ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
