Principal Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery Partner with hiring managers to plan, attract, assess, and hire internal and external talent across junior, intermediate, and multi-incumbent roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support. Conduct telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience. Develop a deep understanding of business functions, organisational structure, and workforce plans to anticipate hiring requirements and support future talent needs. Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies through effective direct sourcing and talent pipeline development. Talent Pipelining & Market Mapping Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key business functions and future hiring requirements. Create compelling job advertisements, social media campaigns, and sourcing strategies that strengthen employer brand visibility and attract diverse talent. Utilise multiple sourcing channels, networking opportunities, referrals, and talent communities to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to understand talent availability, market trends, and hiring challenges. Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring strategies. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection methodologies, candidate assessment, diversity considerations, and inclusive hiring practices. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities align with workforce planning priorities. Challenge and influence stakeholders where appropriate to ensure effective and objective hiring decisions. Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in maintaining recruitment dashboards and reporting metrics. Analyse recruitment data and provide insights to support decision-making, improve hiring outcomes, and identify areas for process improvement. Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, diversity metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction. Continuously review recruitment processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality. Compliance & Governance Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment governance standards. Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure all records are appropriately stored and managed. Support fair, objective, and legally defensible hiring decisions through the use of structured and unbiased recruitment practices. Candidate Experience & Employer Brand Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador for Fastmarkets, ensuring all candidate interactions reflect the organisation's values and culture. Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates, creating talent communities and fostering long-term relationships for future opportunities.
