SR. DEVOPS ENGINEER (PurpleWave)

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Execution
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS to support business-critical
• applications.
• Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute hands-on to infrastructure-as-code, cloud resource optimization, and system reliability
• improvements.
• Support the adoption and ongoing improvement of Kubernetes environments, including cluster
• operations, monitoring, and scaling.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
• Act as the primary technical lead for the Hyderabad infrastructure team, providing guidance, code
• reviews, and architectural input.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing best practices in cloud infrastructure, automation,
• and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the US-based Infrastructure Engineering Manager to align on priorities,
• standards, and delivery timelines.
• Work with Systems, Security, and Product Development teams to ensure performance, resilience,
• and compliance requirements are met.
• Operations & Continuous Improvement
• Help define and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to support proactive incident detection
• and response.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation, operational runbooks, and technical standards.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and patterns, and recommend improvements to infrastructure
• reliability and efficiency.
