This is a permanent opportunity for a lending and credit professional to drive the implementation of a new core banking platform from a business and user perspective. Act as a subject matter expert to lead lending-related technology projects and system designs. Coordinate between business users and technical vendors to manage project timelines and resource allocation. Analyze business workflows to identify gaps and establish standardized operational procedures. Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide specialized training to regional stakeholders. Evaluate system performance and prepare strategic reports for senior management and regional headquarters. skills and experience required. At least 7 years of experience within a bank's back-office lending or credit administration domain, no prior IT background is required Proven track record in implementing large-scale banking packages or loan management systems. Practical experience in drafting comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation. Strong background in data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation. Degree in a technical or scientific field with a willingness to travel within the APAC region.
