About the role

As a Mobile Coordinator, you'll never be bored - every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services. You'll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage Leading and mentoring teams of Educators Delivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities Managing compliance, safety, and operational standards Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes Assisting with roster management, administration, and program planning You will be working across the following services: Chapel Hill Ferny Grove Oakleigh Brookfield Mitchelton Stafford About You You are a confident and adaptable leader who enjoys supporting teams and creating meaningful experiences for children. To be successful in this role, you will have: A Diploma qualification in a relevant field, or at least two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar environment National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A current and valid Working with Children Check A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between services Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday Australian work rights A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children At Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities. We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Mobile Coordinator to support our Outside School Hours Care services across Brisbane North. This is a fixed term full-time opportunity until June 2027, working 38 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before School Care: 6:00am - 9:00am After School Care: 2:30pm - 6:00pm Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am - 6:00pm Why Join JAG?
