Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience
- 4+ Years of professional work experience in a product management-related role ( NOTE: Not seeking IT or Data Product experience )
- Live within commuting distance from Plymouth, MN
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Highly preferring industry knowledge in any of these: commercial or applied rooftops, condensing units, semi-custom or custom air handlers
- Attributes: D rive, Can-Do attitude, results orientation, people savvy, strong communicator, story presentation skills
