Management and Program Analyst (Direct Hire)

About the role

You will serve as a senior Management and Program Analyst technical expert responsible for planning and managing complex analytical and administrative functions for major program level, Mission Directorate-level, or Center Organization initiatives. You will provide high level advice to agency leadership, negotiate solutions on sensitive program issues, and develop innovative concepts, methods, or approaches that shape mission execution. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Developing new concepts, methods, or analytical approaches to address significant or unprecedented programmatic challenges; Advising senior leaders on program or policy issues requiring substantial interpretation, negotiation, or coordination to support Mission Directorate / Department or Agency priorities; and Negotiating solutions with high level stakeholders to resolve sensitive or controversial issues affecting program scope, cost, performance, or schedule.
