Job Summary Roiback is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead statutory financial reporting and ensure financial integrity across the business. This role will be responsible for maintaining compliance with accounting standards, coordinating with group finance functions, and overseeing key financial operations including billing, reporting, and audit processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting at both Roiback and consolidated HBX Group levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead statutory financial reporting for Roiback
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information
  • Guarantee compliance with applicable accounting standards to secure annual audit clearance
  • Prepare and coordinate the elaboration of annual statutory accounts
  • Liaise with external auditors, providing required documentation and responding to requests
  • Collaborate with central finance functions across HBX Group (Tax, Consolidation, etc.)
  • Support and contribute to financial consolidation at HBX Group level
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls (COSO framework), identifying risks and implementing mitigation action plans
  • Supervise the Billing function, including client invoicing and payments to providers
  • Monitor and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a multinational or technology-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP), and audit processes
  • Experience working with group consolidation and cross-functional finance teams
  • Solid understanding of financial controls frameworks (e.g., COSO)
  • Previous experience managing billing, invoicing, and payment cycles
  • Ability to engage effectively with external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
