Requirements

• At least five years of industry experience, technology selection, and process and/or plant design.
• Taught a core undergraduate Chemical Engineering course at least once, and ideally a Process Design course.
• Expert with the Aspen-HYSYS process simulation software developed by AspenTech that allows engineers to perform steady-state and dynamic simulations, optimize operations, and test process designs before physical implimentation.
• Other qualification requirement(s):
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken).
