Responsibilities
- Manage the full quantity surveying process from tender to final account.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in M&E/Electrical projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
- Familiar with Singapore construction practices and standard forms of contract (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC, NEC, FIDIC).
- Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
