Reimagine What's Possible PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Fully in charge of daily business operation and safety management, make and implement department work plan and be responsible for department KPI 全面负责部门日常业务运作及安全管理工作，制定部门的工作计划并实施，对部门管理KPI结果负责。 Responsible for responding to government department inspections and attending meetings with government organizations to make the department operate in compliance with government requirements. 负责应对政府部门检查，参与政府部门组织的会议，使部门的运作符合政府要求。 Establish department transportation management system together with customer service and operation process. Perfect transportation business management mode and push the business progress to meet customer's demand. 建立部门运输管理体系、客户服务及运作流程，完善运输业务管理模式，推动各项业务实施，满足客户需求。 Responsible for department budget and audit, monitor vehicle operation expenditure, optimize cost structure, and strictly control department's daily operation cost 负责部门相关费用预算及审核，监控车辆运营各类支出，优化成本结构，严格控制部门日常运营成本。 Ensure department management job in comply with company safety standard, excellently finish safety check and training, call on regular safety meeting to refresh escort driver's safety awareness and complete company safety management target. 确保部门各项管理工作符合公司安全标准，做好各项安全检查及培训，定期召开安全例会，培养司机押运人员安全意识，完成公司的安全管理目标。 Ensure vehicle situation to comply with government and company's requirements. Complete vehicle license inspection in time as government requirements. 确保车辆状况及安全附件符合政府和公司的要求。按规定时间完成政府要求的各种审验项目。 Monitor the management data for department's daily operation, deal with customer complain and accidents timely and improve transportation operation quality and efficiency continuously. 监控部门日常运营各项管理数据，及时处理解决各类客户投诉及异常，不断提升运输运营质量与效率。 Take responsibilities for department performance evaluation and training to enhance skills with a good communication skill among the team to improve team cohesion. 负责部门团队的绩效考核与辅导，组织相关培训，提升技能，保持与团队成员良好的沟通，提高团队凝聚力。 Good communication and cooperation skill towards internal and external customers. 与内外部客户保持良好的沟通与协作。 Organize and complete BSP activities of all subcontractors in the front line, grasp the work situation in the front line, and carry out targeted improvement actions in combination with the DMP situation in the front line. 组织完成一线所有司押的BSP活动，掌握一线工作情况，并结合一线DMP情况进行针对性改善行动。 Regularly hold monthly meetings with the scheduling and business security departments to discuss special circumstances and APT customer corrective actions 定时和调度、商务安全部门开展月会，沟通月度特殊情况和APT客户整改情况。 Follow up on daily delivery situations, such as on-site customer issues and emphasized customer requirements, to ensure delivery completion and improve transportation efficiency 跟进日常配送情况，如一线反馈的客户现场问题、客户相关要求强调等，确保配送完成，提升运输效率。 Finish the other tasks designated by the top management. 完成上级临时安排其他工作任务。 JOB REQUIREMENTS College degree or higher with experience of 3 years in logistics and safety management at foreign company. It is preferred if owning fleet and driver management. 大专及以上学历，三年以上相关外资企业物流配送及安全管理经验,如果有车队和司机管理经验更加。 Familiar with national transportation rules on dangerous goods as well as the transportation routes in east of China. 熟悉国家危险品运输管理法规及河南区域的运输路线。 Excellent team spirit, communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness, able to work under great pressure. 优秀的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力、客户服务意识，能承受较大的工作压力。 Good English listening, reading and writing skills, skilled use of office software, experience in fleet management, car repair and maintenance is preferred. 良好的英文听读写能力，熟练使用办公软件，有车队管理、汽车维修及保养经验优先。 Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
