About the role

### What you´ll do - Manage your assigned customer portfolio and territory to maintain and grow our Metal Packaging business in Germany, by nurturing relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders. - (Re)solve customer requests and complaints in collaboration with the relevant functions (Application Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Development,...). - Pursue the achievement of the given financial targets and additional team goals, by executing customer roadmap and pricing actions - Provide transparency within the company about your assigned portfolio and market through effective communication with internal stakeholders and proper CRM usage - Support our technical team by coordinating line trials, trainings, and innovation projects. - Develop & execute account strategies with focus on innovation & sustainability ### What makes you a good fit - University degree in Chemistry, Engineering or similar - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales or technical consulting, preferably in the metal packaging industry or adjacent - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills combined with result-oriented and self-oriented mindset - Driver license and willingness to travel, at least 50% of the time - Fluent German and English skills
