Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules aligned with site priorities, available craft capacity, job readiness, and work management standards.
- Convert fully planned work orders into executable schedules using job plans, labor estimates, craft requirements, material availability, permits, and access needs.
- Lead scheduling alignment meetings with maintenance, facilities, research, engineering, contractors, and site stakeholders to support safe and efficient work execution.

- Monitor schedule performance, including compliance, attainment, urgent work, resource utilization, and opportunities to improve schedule stability.
- Support daily execution in coordination with First Line Supervisors by making controlled schedule adjustments when emergent facility, utility, or research needs arise.
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three years of maintenance scheduling experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or research campus environment OR Journeyman-level craft experience in a manufacturing or campus environment
- Strong understanding of maintenance work processes, including work order flow, job readiness, resource coordination, schedule execution, and follow-up.
- Experience coordinating work among cross functional teams including maintenance, operations, research customers, contractors, and other site stakeholders.
- Proficiency with SAP or other similar ERP, CMMS, or scheduling systems used to manage work orders, asset data, schedules, and maintenance information.
- Excellent organization, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
Requirements
- Experience scheduling maintenance, facilities, utilities, shutdown, outage, turnaround, or project work in a hands-on technical environment.
- Experience using Prometheus, or similar ERP, CMMS, or scheduling platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-building, multi-tenant, or research lab campus environments where work must be coordinated across multiple groups.
