Responsibilities
- Plan the duty roster of the staff and promoters working under his or her section.

Requirements
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience inleading a team of salesperson within the electronics/electrical appliances retail industry
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coach and motivate staff
- Strong decision making skills to revise strategies and implement new measures in response to section and individual staff performance.
- Patience and resilience when handling conflicts between staff and negative feedback raised by customers.
- Section Assignments:
- Sales executives are assigned to specific sections such as TV and audiovisual products, IT and digital products, Home Appliances, or Kitchen Appliances, managing related products and team of staff within those categories.
- Work Schedule:
- Six off days per month (at least one weekday off day per week)
- Replacement off in lieu for working on public holidays
- Work six days every alternate week (e.g., 5 days one week, 6 days the next)
- Probation period of 6 months, extendable by 6 months for performance issues
- (Fail probation when sales target are not achieved for few consecutive months or staff engages in misbehavior and dishonest acts)
- Training and Development:
- Receive on-the-job training during probation to learn essential skills and processes from store managers
- Attend external training by manufacturers and suppliers for hands-on product knowledge and virtual sessions
- Participate in training at Best Denki HQ to solidify understanding of company processes and job expectations
- Salary and benefits:
- Basic salary is $2500
- Earn sales commissions on most items sold across all sections and on sales of extended warranty for applicable products
- Weekend allowance of $90 per month when working on all weekend days in a calendar month.
- No overtime pay as time off is granted subject to management approval
- Annual leave of 17 days (pro-rated if employment is less than one year)
