As part of the VIE program , you will join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for the Americas region , based in São Paulo, Brazil . The FP&A team plays a key role in monitoring and driving the financial performance of the region. It is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and reporting financial information from hotels and regional entities to support strategic decision-making. You will work in an international and multicultural environment and collaborate with finance and operational teams across the Americas region. 🎯 Your mission Within the FP&A Americas team, you will contribute to the analysis and consolidation of financial information across the region. Your main responsibilities will include: Collecting, consolidating and analyzing monthly financial forecasts from hotels Consolidating and analyzing forecasts from regional headquarters departments Participating in the preparation and organization of the regional budget Contributing to the preparation of financial reports and management presentations Ensuring the reliability and quality of financial data provided by different entities Supporting various regional financial projects Assisting internal teams in improving forecasting and budgeting processes Contributing to the consolidation of regional financial results 👤 And you? Education University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field Technical skills Excellent Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to synthesize and interpret financial data Soft skills Team spirit Strong communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Curiosity and proactivity Languages Fluent English is required Spanish or Portuguese is a plus 🌍 The VIE program This position is offered within the framework of the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) program. The VIE program enables young professionals to gain international experience through professional assignments abroad within French companies.
