Description of Work The Quality & Evaluation section provides data-driven oversight, evaluation, and improvement of DMH/DD/SUS programs. It designs, maintains, and enhances quality and evaluation design to support quality improvement, performance measurement, and data-informed decision-making across the division. It provides data and information for required state and federal reporting compliance. The AD of Quality and Evaluation provides direct oversight, guidance, and leadership for a team of data analysts and supporting staff specializing in business analyses, quality management, program evaluation, and data interpretation related to mental health, developmental disabilities, substance use, and traumatic brain injury. The position manages and coordinates people, projects, and analytical processes for evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $70,478 - $123,336 Recruitment Range: $70,478 - $103,832 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Comprehensive knowledge of research principles, study design, and diverse data collection methods used to support program and policy development. Ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of a team of data analysts, ensuring high quality evaluation and quality management deliverables. Advanced project management skills including planning, organizing, scheduling, and monitoring multiple complex assignments simultaneously. This position is funded in part through federal funds. This position will close at 11:59 p.m. the night before the end date.
