About the role
JobResponsibilities Review and update Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies, including conducting cost-benefit analyses to improve structure and processes. Design, develop, and implement C&B programmes, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across the organisation. Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services, and Group-level teams to ensure consistent rollout and governance of C&B initiatives. Oversee payroll governance by coordinating with the Business Solutions Centre for monthly payroll validation, while ensuring alignment with external payroll vendors. Lead the review, update, and communication of HR policies (including the Employee Handbook) on a bi-annual basis where applicable. Manage employee benefits programmes, including annual insurance renewal, union negotiations (Collective Agreement), and vendor performance management to ensure service quality and compliance. Act as HRIS Key User for leave and payroll systems, ensuring accurate personnel data management and system optimisation. Administer statutory and operational processes in collaboration with the Business Solutions Centre, including claims (e.g. CPF, NS, statutory leave), final settlements, overtime, and AWS payments. Oversee performance management processes, incentive schemes, salary benchmarking (e.g. Mercer), salary proposals, and annual budgeting exercises. Ensure compliance and reporting by managing tax matters insurance claims, and leading internal/external audits and statutory surveys. JobRequirements Diploma holder and above Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in C&B function Proficient in MS Office especially Excel skills on spreadsheet Ability to research, analyse and translate data into context for stakeholders' review (Management Team) Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
