- Demonstrates and fosters teamwork with peers and other resources to meet customer needs and document progression.
- Maintains a flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 75%.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED with Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years Automotive Coatings industry experience.
- Keen understanding of body shop paint application and related equipment.
- Fluency in English required with fluency in Spanish beneficial.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Excellent computer skills and can effectively use applications such as e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Acts with a high sense of urgency, and able to prioritize work effectively.
- Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills.
- Aptitude to effectively work with others as a contributing member of a high-performance sales team.
