With a rich history spanning over 136 years, we have cultivated a vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic culture that drives our global leadership in the beverage industry. We are currently seeking a People Director to join our team. This role is not just about implementing strategies; it's about shaping the heart of our company. We're looking for a passionate leader who can enhance our employee experience, foster our diverse and inclusive culture, and contribute to our strategic business goals. If you're excited about making a meaningful impact and transforming the way we work, we would love to hear from you. The HR Business Partner serves as the face of HR to leaders, managers, and associates within the Food Services On-Premise (FSOP) function in the North America Operating Unit. This role provides strategic partnership and consulting to a designated client group-building organizational capability, developing talent, and enabling the right leadership and culture to drive business growth. In this environment, that impact is especially critical. We're looking for someone with a deep, nuanced understanding of the customer landscape-across both regional and national players-who has been close enough to the work to truly understand how the market moves. This leader should bring a sharp, dynamic perspective and elevate how they partner with leaders and teams to drive results. What You'll Do for Us: Strategy and Organizational Development Collaborate with Leadership Teams to create People and Culture strategies that closely align organizational objectives with overarching business goals. Design and implement coaching and accelerate development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and advancement toward development objectives. Demonstrate proactive talent stewardship by anticipating and addressing future needs of both the organization and its associates. Partner with the Leadership Team to identify and cultivate required capabilities; develop and execute business solutions and initiatives that support short- and long-term strategic decisions and large-scale change efforts for sustainable results. Develop and oversee the effective deployment of the organizational design framework to establish a high-performance organizational culture and lay the groundwork for strengthening the capabilities of people managers and associates in alignment with business objectives. Serve as a change management facilitator, supporting both the strategic and human aspects of change through the implementation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. HR Programs and Processes Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee the effective and timely execution of global processes, including Performance Enablement (PE), the People Development Forum (PDF), and the Annual Rewards Management Program, as well as organizing calibration sessions for the Plant. Direct resource planning efforts and design strategic recruitment initiatives to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements. Employee Engagement and Programs Coordinate the deployment of the Employee Insights Survey. Analyze results through focus groups and develop action plans to address identified areas for improvement in employee engagement. Oversee welfare and communication programs aimed at supporting organizational culture and maintaining employee engagement levels. Design and implement local employee reward and recognition initiatives to encourage performance and support engagement objectives. Proactively manage complex labor issues while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and standard practices. Partnership and Stakeholder Address anticipated future needs of the organization and its associates through talent stewardship. Coordinate with the Global Culture & Engagement team, Leadership teams, and HR communities to implement the listening strategy and transform insights into actionable steps.
