Additional Information

The Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) is NXP's early-career development program for new college graduates pursuing customer-facing technical roles within NXP's Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) organization. The program is designed for candidates who combine strong technical capability with the competitiveness and drive required to succeed in customer-facing roles. TSAP prepares participants for long-term careers as Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs) or Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) through a combination of structured learning and on-the-job experience. Program Structure Integrated Learning & On-the-Job Development (9-12 months) Structured Learning includes semiconductor and system fundamentals; NXP product portfolios; embedded systems and software fundamentals; business fundamentals; and instructor-led training from NXP subject-matter experts and leaders. On-the-Job Training includes territory or customer assignments including participating in customer meetings, technical reviews, assisting with evaluations and demos, and progressively taking ownership of technical responsibilities. Upon completion, participants transition into a permanent TSE or FAE role within the U.S. organization, with placement based on business needs.
