Responsibilities
- Support immigration and work authorization matters by advising business leaders on compliance obligations and strategy, and coordinating with external providers, as appropriate.

- Review, draft, and update policies, codes of conduct, and procedures that support compliance with rules and regulations applicable to the business and alignment with Company values.
- Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions and strategic initiatives, including M&A, restructurings, reductions in force, and post-transaction integration.
- Manage outside counsel as required, ensuring high-quality legal support and cost-effective outcomes.
