REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Knowledge of the state and federal employment laws. Good written and oral communication skills and a willingness to speak to groups. Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
