We are currently expanding our dynamic team and are seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, and Counsellors to join us in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia on a part-time or contract basis. This role includes providing therapy to female Veterans who have experienced sexual abuse/assault during their military service. We are expanding our programming to include structured group therapy and are seeking clinicians with strong experience and confidence in facilitating therapeutic groups. It's a chance to provide specialized, trauma-informed care in both individual and group settings, helping clients build resilience, connection, and recovery.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Master's Degree in Psychology, Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, from an accredited university
• Registered and in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW), the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick,the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT), or the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or addiction
• Demonstrated experience facilitating therapeutic groups (required)
• Experience providing couples and/or family therapy (strong asset)
• Experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse/assault, including military sexual trauma (required)
• Strong trauma-informed practice framework
• Experience working with Veterans, RCMP or first responder populations (required)
